Attendance, merchant payments, and e-KYC are often grouped together because they can use biometric devices. They are not the same programme, and they are not automatically compliant because a scanner is in the room.
Aadhaar authentication and e-KYC exist to help eligible organisations verify identity with less paper. They also require purpose limitation, consent, and an honest reading of who is allowed to use which API. Channel-partner implementation can supply devices, SDKs, and integration support. It cannot take on the organisation’s legal duties.
