How this website collects, uses and protects enquiry and analytics data.

This policy describes how this website actually handles data today. It has not yet been reviewed by legal counsel and will be updated after that review, including for obligations under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect
When you submit the contact or careers form we receive your name, company, work email, phone number (optional), area of interest, message, your consent, the page you sent it from and the time of submission. We ask only for what we need to respond.
Where your enquiry goes
Form submissions are stored in Google Cloud Firestore (Firebase), hosted in Google's Mumbai region, where only authorised QDT staff can read them after signing in with their Google account. A notification is emailed to QDT, and a confirmation with a copy of your message is emailed to you, through the Resend email service, relayed by a Cloudflare Worker. Form traffic is protected against abuse by Google reCAPTCHA through Firebase App Check. The website is served by Firebase Hosting (Google) and Cloudflare.
Analytics and cookies
Cloudflare Web Analytics measures page views without cookies and without identifying you. With your permission only, we also use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site; it sets analytics cookies, and advertising features are disabled. You can change your choice at any time using “Cookie settings” in the footer.
How we use it
We use enquiry data only to respond to you and manage the follow-up. We do not sell personal data or use it for third-party advertising.
Retention and your rights
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of the conversation. You can ask to access, correct or delete the details you sent us by emailing info@qdtindia.com. Please do not include sensitive personal data in free-text fields.
