BHIM Aadhaar Pay

Let customers pay with a fingerprint, with no card or smartphone needed.

Overview

Biometric-enabled merchant payments using Aadhaar-linked bank accounts, with SDK and implementation support.

BHIM Aadhaar Pay is designed to help merchants receive payments through biometric authentication of customers whose bank accounts are linked to Aadhaar. Source materials describe a cardless flow that does not require the customer to use a smartphone. The merchant-side concept uses an Android application configured with a bank’s Aadhaar Pay application and a fingerprint scanner. Precision provides scanners, SDKs, integration, implementation, and support; QDT offers these as a described authorised channel partner. Financial, legal, and regulatory requirements remain those of the bank, merchant, and applicable authorities.

This page does not provide financial, legal, or regulatory advice. Programme rules, bank enablement, device certification, and customer consent requirements must be confirmed with the relevant institutions. QDT does not operate a payment system.
